  1. Install and activate SubmitSignal. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin, search for SubmitSignal, then install and activate it. Already installed? Continue below. Official WordPress.org plugin.
  2. Open your free workspace. Sign in with Google or ChatGPT to connect your site. No card is needed for free diagnostics.
  3. Pair your site privately. Create a pairing code in the dashboard. In WordPress → Settings → SubmitSignal, review the data sharing notice, paste the code and connect. Keep the code private; it expires in 15 minutes.
  4. Choose one form and run a check. Back in the dashboard, choose your form, enter its public page URL and authorize test submissions. Review its notifications and other workflows first: a check sends a clearly labeled test inquiry. Select “Run first check,” then read the stage evidence. If the result needs review, resolve it before another attempt.

Start free. Decide after your first check.

Free diagnostics include one website, one form and up to three manual checks per day when the browser service is available. After a successful check and review, you can choose daily monitoring and failure emails: Solo $19/month or Agency $99/month, plus applicable tax. Initial paid enrollment is limited to three customers; checkout confirms availability.

Browser confirmation, WordPress acceptance and email handoff are separate evidence. They don’t prove arrival in your inbox or CRM.
