Early access service terms.

SubmitSignal is an early access contact-form monitoring service operated by Axtrel AI LLC. Contact jarvismaximum+submitsignal@gmail.com for support. Paid checkout remains unavailable until the service operator completes the billing and monitoring setup.

Authorized sites and tests

Connect only sites that you own or are authorized to administer. When you enable a monitor, you authorize clearly labeled synthetic inquiries to the selected ordinary WPForms contact form. These tests may generate emails or enter existing business workflows. Exclude test inquiries from sales follow-up, advertising conversions and business reporting. Do not use the service for payment, account creation, medical, financial or other sensitive forms.

Scope of the results

Each result describes evidence collected at that time. Browser confirmation, WordPress acceptance and mail handoff are separate observations. Mail handoff does not prove inbox delivery. Inbox delivery, CRM reconciliation and revenue attribution are not verified in this release. CAPTCHA, unsupported fields, network restrictions or disconnected services can produce an inconclusive result.

Availability and your responsibilities

Early access does not include an uptime or response-time guarantee. Scheduled checks operate only when the browser service and scheduler are connected. Monitor your critical lead flows using appropriate additional operational checks. Keep your WordPress installation, plugin and account access secure, and disclose integrations to your visitors where required.

Paid plans

Proposed prices are US$19 per month for Solo and US$99 per month for Agency. These are not an invitation to pay while checkout is unavailable. When a paid checkout is enabled, Stripe displays the exact recurring charge before you confirm it. Existing customers can manage or cancel subscriptions through the dashboard billing portal. Any applicable tax, refund and seller details must be displayed in the completed checkout and commercial terms before the paid service opens.

Leaving the service

You can pause monitoring or disconnect sites at any time. Cancel an active subscription before deleting the app account. Export and deletion controls are in the dashboard. The WordPress plugin's code is licensed under GPLv2 or later; hosted service access is separate from that license.
