What needs investigation?
Missing or failed evidence gives you a place to start. A passing test does not prove delivery to the client’s inbox or CRM.
SubmitSignal does not repair forms or measure lost revenue. An optional test-inbox copy can verify receipt at one owned destination; it does not verify your client’s destination.
