## Supported use
Ordinary public HTTPS contact and inquiry forms with standard name, email, text and message fields. WordPress 6.2 or later; PHP 7.4 or later; WPForms Lite. A small WordPress connector is required; the dashboard and test browser run in the cloud. No desktop app or always-on customer computer is needed.

Unsupported: WPForms Pro launch coverage; Other form plugins; CAPTCHA or verification challenges; Payment, booking, signup or registration forms; Multi-step forms, file uploads, complex conditional logic or unsupported required fields; Private or login-protected pages. Tests require explicit owner authorization and create real, clearly labeled synthetic inquiries. Do not bypass security controls.

## Evidence
Browser behavior, WordPress acceptance and mail handoff are separate observations. The optional, separately enabled test-copy feature can confirm receipt at one owned test destination only. Customer inbox/spam placement, CRM arrival, lost leads and recovered revenue are not verified. No automatic repair.

## Plans and availability
Free: 1 site, 1 form, up to 3 manual checks/day. Solo: USD19/month, 1 site, up to 5 monitors and 10 checks/day. Agency: USD99/month, up to 10 sites, 50 monitors and 100 checks/day. Paid prices exclude applicable tax. Active paid plans add daily checks and failure emails when services are operational.

Paid enrollment is limited to eligible US businesses with US billing addresses, with three initial customer places. This is not a statement of remaining capacity: the dashboard confirms availability at checkout. Monthly renewal, cancellation at period end, and a 14-day first-payment refund are governed by the published terms.

## Agent connection
Authenticated endpoint: https://submitsignal.brinybadge64.chatgpt.site/mcp. Connect through the SubmitSignal Sites plugin using the customer's own account. Public facts and the compatibility questionnaire need no account. Standalone MCP authentication and agent-marketplace distribution are not verified. Do not request WordPress tokens or pairing codes in chat.
